If the product you bought is not the right number for you or does not correspond to what you want, you can change it within 14 working days of receiving your order. In order for the change to take place, the garment must not have been worn, it must not have been washed, its smell must not have changed and the tabs must not have been removed. The change requires, after informing us by phone or email, to return your parcel to us within 14 working days from the day you received it, it is necessary to have in the parcel the delivery note - proof of retail sale. As soon as we receive the package you sent us, we will immediately resend the new product you want with change costs 3€.
You can also return the product and receive your money back after the relevant request is made by phone or email. The return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. A necessary condition for the return is that the garment has not been worn, washed, its smell has not changed and the tabs have not been removed. The refund is made to a bank account, after we first receive and check the product you returned to us.
Refunds do not include shipping and return costs, only the full amount you paid to purchase the product. Return costs are 3€. The consumer has the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal within the period mentioned above (14 days from the date of receipt of the product / products).
Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or clarifications regarding changes and returns, by calling us or sending us an email. In case of repeated returns by the same consumer, boutiqueblue.gr, has the right to refuse to accept a product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Article 281 of the Civil Code). If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for the return of the product are not met, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.
If you wish to change or return a product, you will be charged a refund of 3€. You can return the product after consultation with the transport company of the store. The return is accepted after checking the perfection of the product. In case the package is heavy (more than 2 kilos), the return costs are higher (increased by 1.20 euros per kilo) and are determined after consultation with the customer. It is not allowed to return products, even defective ones, without prior approval from the store.
If the customer receives a defective product, he will first be asked for a relevant photo and / or video showing the defect. The relevant return instructions from the store are then given. In case the customer wants a refund (eg because he does not like the product), the product must have been returned in perfect condition in its original packaging. The packaging must not have been damaged during return. We ask the customer to pack the product as best he can, following the instructions given to him by the store. During the return of the product from the customer to the store the product travels at the customer's responsibility.
This means that he is responsible for any damage that the product may suffer during the return. Delivery times are indicative. When a product displays "upon order", the product must be requested and, if available, ordered by the company. In this case the delivery time is indefinite and it is never certain whether the product will be delivered. In such cases the customer is informed within 7 working days at the latest if and when he will receive.
*CAUTION! Please do not receive parcels that appear to be damaged, ie open, broken, etc. In such cases, contact us immediately. If you receive the parcel while it has been damaged, you will have to ask for compensation from the Courier. For any clarification and in any other case, contact us immediately, in order to find the best possible solution. Customer satisfaction is our first concern.
